1. Cooling-Off Period (7 Days)

In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 7 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@sandragrace-joburg.co.za with your name and order number. Once we receive your request, we will send you return instructions within 24 hours. The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method used at checkout, within 7 business days of receiving the product in its original condition.

2. Returns and Exchanges (30 Days)

This policy applies to returns requested after the 7-day cooling-off period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@sandragrace-joburg.co.za

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions: unworn, in perfect condition, in its original packaging and showing no signs of use.

Return shipping costs within this period are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund within 7 business days.

3. Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund within the statutory warranty period of 6 months, in accordance with Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act.

To report a defect, please contact us at hello@sandragrace-joburg.co.za with your name, order number and a photo of the defect. Return shipping costs in these cases are covered by us.

4. Products That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases: earrings and piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons, products that have been worn or modified, and products that are not in their original packaging. These exclusions do not apply to defective products covered under Section 3.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps: contact us at hello@sandragrace-joburg.co.za with your name, order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions. Send the product according to the instructions received. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
