By accessing and using the Sandra & Grace Joburg website and making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

2. About Us

Sandra & Grace Joburg is an online jewellery boutique operated by PI-ecom, a company registered in the Netherlands with registration number KvK 80191428, with registered address at De Sint Pieter 3, 1509ZH Zaandam, Netherlands.

3. Products

All our products are fashion jewellery pieces finished in 14k gold plating, silver plating, or surgical steel. Product images are representative and may show slight variations from the physical product due to lighting and screen settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Prices

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are the final prices you pay. There are no additional costs for shipping as we offer free delivery on all orders. Prices may change without prior notice. The price valid for your purchase is the price displayed at the time of confirming your order.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments through dLocal. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. All card transactions are processed securely through encrypted connections.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. A full record of your transaction will be available in your order confirmation email and accessible through your account on our store. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, out of stock situation or inability to deliver, in which case we will notify you and process a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Shipping

We deliver to all provinces across South Africa. Shipping is free on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

8. Warranty

All our products come with a statutory warranty of 6 months from the date of delivery, in accordance with Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, contact with chemical products, impact or normal wear from daily use.

9. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason and without penalty. 10. Returns and Exchanges

To request a return or exchange outside the cooling-off period, please contact us at hello@sandragrace-joburg.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These exclusions do not apply to defective products, which are covered under Section 8.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sandra & Grace Joburg shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and designs, is the property of Sandra & Grace Joburg or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorisation is prohibited.

13. Age Requirement

Our site is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 years and older. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age.

14. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and all other applicable legislation of the Republic of South Africa. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of South Africa.
