Shipping & Delivery
1. Delivery Area
We deliver to all provinces across South Africa, including Gauteng, the Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, and all other regions nationwide, including rural areas.
2. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount required.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 5 to 8 working days from the date of payment confirmation, using express shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
6. Customs and Import
As we ship from outside South Africa, your parcel may occasionally be subject to customs clearance, which can cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. In most cases, low-value parcels are cleared without additional charges, but we cannot guarantee this. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
7. Parcel Not Delivered
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check the status of your shipment using your tracking number. If the problem persists, please contact us at hello@sandragrace-joburg.co.za with your name and order number and we will do everything we can to resolve it. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund, which will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation.
8. Incorrect Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the correct delivery details at the time of purchase. Sandra & Grace Joburg cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.
